Today the case is fixed for filing the written version on behalf of the OP-1. Written version not filed. Learned counsel for the OP-1 moved an application for rejection of the complaint being premature. In the said application it is mentioned that complainant has lodged claim with the OP-1 and the matter is under process in the office of the OP-1 but without waiting for the decision of the OP-1, the complainant has filed the present complaint on false and vague ground just to put pressure upon the OP-1.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that the claim of the complainant is still pending before the OP for a long time and OP is intentionally and deliberately has not decide the claim of the complainant. He further submits that OP may kindly be directed to decide the claim within 15 days and he has no objection if the complaint be disposed of with that direction.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the OP submits that claim of the complainant will be decided as soon as possible within short spam of time.
In view of the above, the present complaint is hereby dispose of with the direction to the OP to settle the claim of the complainant within 30 days the date of receipt of order. No order of cost. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
