1.       Ramphal aged about 61 years son of Shri Sohan Lal;

2.       Darshan aged about 52 years wife of Shri Ram Phal;

3.       Mannat aged about 8 years minor daughter of Shri Ramphal;

4.       Sawan aged about 12 years minor son of Shri Ramphal. Minor complainants No.3 & 4 through their mother i.e. complainant No.2 being guardian and next friend, who has got no adverse interest with minors. All residents of Village Singhana, District Jind.

1.       The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd, Divisional Office at Mahila Ashram Complex, behind Bus Stand, Karnal through its Divisional Manager.

2.       The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. Divisional Office at opposite B.D.O. Office, Saffidon, District Jind, through its Divisional Manager.

Present:   Shri Ashwani Kumar Popli, counsel for complainant.

 

          Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on account of technical defect and sought permission to file afresh on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. He further requested that original documents, if any, which have placed on record may kindly be returned to him.

                    In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. Concerned Clerk is directed to return the original documents from the file and placed on record photocopies of the same. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
