                Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, OP has paid the claim amount to the complainant, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
