            A compromise has been arrived at between the parties with the efforts of Lok Adalat.

            Sh.Ajit Singh, Counsel for Complainant, has placed on record statement of Rajinder Lal Chaudhri and has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“The OP has redressed the grievance of the complainant. So, I do not wish to press this complaint. It be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

 

            In view of said statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
