Dated the 18th day of September, 2012 ORDER The complainant has filed a complaint (Complaint Case No.8 of 2010), which was allowed by this Forum vide order dated 22.9.2011. The OP preferred an appeal against the said order which was allowed by the Hon’ble State Commission, UT Chandigarh, vide order dated 3.2.2012 passed in FA No.304 of 2011 and the complaint was dismissed. During the course of appeal, the OP deposited a sum of Rs.3,03,213/- with the Forum in compliance of the order dated 18.11.2011 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, UT Chandigarh. However, as the appeal was allowed vide order dated 3.2.2012 and the Hon’ble State Commission, UT, Chandigarh, vide its order dated 7.8.2012 passed in MA No.112 of 2012, directed this Forum to refund the amount of Rs.3,03,213/- alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, in favour of the applicant/OP against valid receipt and on proper identification. In view of the directions of the Hon’ble State Commission, UT Chandigarh, dated 7.8.2012, the office is directed to release the amount of Rs.3,03,213/- in favour of OP, alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, against valid receipt and on proper identification. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
