Record is put up by a petition filed by the DHR.

Today DHR himself is present in this Forum. On behalf of DHR a petition is filed praying to withdraw the cheques deposited by the JDR on 08.01.2015.

Heard, considered.

The DHR appears and being asked he has produced the original Voter’s ID Card along with photocopy of the same. He has stated in his petition that he is willing to receive the cheques for Rs.1,50,000/- and Rs.1,500/- issued in his name mentioned in order dated 08.01.2015.

The copy of Voter’s ID Card is verified with the original. The original is returned to the DHR. DHR himself is present. He is identified by his Ld. Advocate. We are satisfied that the DHR himself is present.

Let the cheques as mentioned in order dated 08.01.2015 be handed over to the DHR on proper receipt.

The DHR files another petition praying to dispose of the case on full satisfaction stating that he has got the entire awarded amount.

Considered, the prayer should be allowed.

Hence it is

                           Ordered  

that the petition filed by the DHR is allowed.

EA - 05 /2014

Accordingly the EA case No.05/2014 is disposed of on full satisfaction.

W/A be recalled.
