Record is put up today on put up petition filed by the Jdrs.

The Jdrs. file one Cheque of PNB in the name of Chandan Paswan i.e. the Dhr., amounting to Rs.35,000/- (Rupees thirty five Thousand ) only, being No. 550719, dated 18.12.2015. The Dhr. files a petition praying to handover the cheque submitted by the Jdrs. today before this Forum and also prays in the above verified petition for disposal this Execution Application on full satisfaction. He also files one photocopy of his PAN Card along with original for his identification. 

Perused all the above. The original PAN card is returned back to the Dhr. after verification with the photocopy of the same. The prayer for withdrawal the above mentioned cheque by the Dhr. is allowed. Handover the cheque in the name of Chandan Paswan i.e. the Dhr. amounting to Rs. Rs.35,000/- (Rupees thirty five Thousand ) only, being No. 550719, dated 18.12.2015 through proper receipt and on identification by his Lawyer.

Hd. Considered the prayers of the Dhr. and Jdrs.

In view of the above discussion there is no bar to dispose of the case on full satisfaction allowing the prayer of the Dhr.

Hence it is, ordered, 

That the case being No. EA-03/2014 is disposed of on full satisfaction .

Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
