2.       Punjab National Bank, G.T. Road, Karnal, Tehsil and District Karnal, through its Branch Manager.

3.       Raksha Health Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd. First Floor, 14/3, Main Mathura Road, Faridabad-121003 through its authorised signatory.

Present:     Shri Pardeep Kapoor, counsel for complainant.

         

          Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. Learned counsel for complainant suffered a separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same on account of technical defect and sought permission to file afresh before the competent Court.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
