Today the record is put up as per prayer by the DHR praying to withdrawal the awarded cheques.
The complainant also files a separate petition praying to withdrawal the awarded cheques in the name of DHR deposited by the JDR on 20.01.2015. The complainant also stated in the withdrawal petition that he has received the awarded two cheques, bearing Nos. 551039 & 551040 for Rs.39,000/- & for Rs.2,000/- respectively, both dated 14.01.2015 totaling of Rs.41,000/- in his name as claimed as full and final satisfaction.
The DHR submits Xerox copy of his voter ID along with original for his identification. After verification of identification of the DHR the original voter ID is returned back to the DHR.
Hd. considered. The prayer of the DHR of withdrawal the cheques is allowed.
These two cheques totaling of Rs.41,000/-, dated 14.01.2015 is handed over to the DHR on proper receipt and proper identification through his Ld. Lawyer.
In view of the above discussion there is no bar to dispose of the case on full satisfaction.
Hence, it is
ORDERED,
that the Execution Application No. EA - 01/2014 be and the same is disposed on full satisfaction.
Let the true copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
