Record is put up today on put up petition filed by the complainant and the complainant filing a verified withdrawal petition praying for withdraw this case. That the dispute arose between the parties had already been settled outside this Forum. So, the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case further. As such he is filing the above petition pray to withdraw the case.

Heard, considered, the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.
