     In view of the statement made by the complainant/DH on 17.07.2023, she has received an amount of Rs.38,487/- from OP/JD Insurance Company in her bank account in compliance with the order dated 01.03.2023 passed by this Commission in CC/221/2021 and she is satisfied with the said amount. In view of the statement of complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
