     The case is at preliminary stage. Counsel for complainant states that he withdraws the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. E-mail to this effect has also been received from the counsel for complainant. Hence, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars, as permissible under the law.
