Order passed below Exh.1.  The OP No.1 Oriental Insurance Company filed application for taking the case on board on 27/1/2021 alongwith application for dismissal of case for the compensation amount of Rs.2 lac (Two lac only) has been already paid in the account of complainant on date 2/01/2019 through NEFT UTR No.AXISCN0026435841/61 alongwith statement of Axis Bank is filed with list of document dated 27/1/2022 on record.

       The complainant failed to submit “say” on dismissal application.

       The complainant and his counsel are absent. When the subject matter has been already complied by OP No.1. Hence the case is disposed off.
