            Today is fixed for filing written version by the O.P. No.1 & 2 and SR in respect of O.P. No.3.  On behalf of O.P. No.1 & 2 a petition has been filed praying to fix another date for filing the written version.  Let the same be kept with the record.  On behalf of the complainant a verified petition has been filed praying to dismiss the case for non-prosecution stating that  the complainant has already received the claim amount from the O.P. No.1.  Copy of the petition has been served upon the contesting O.Ps.  Heard both the sides.  The Ld. Advocate for the O.Ps. has raised no objection.  The ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.  Accordingly, the petition should be accepted.  Hence, it is
