This complaint coming on 5.5.2004 for sworn affidavit of the complainant in the presence of Sri K.Mohan Babu, Advocate, Kurnool for complainant and Sri V.Victor Augustine, Advocate, Kurnool for opposite party No.1, and opposite party No.2 set exparte and upon the perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following.

            No representation for both sides.  There is no readiness for hearing even on last dates of hearing also.  Hence complainant is dismissed under Section 13(2)(c ) C.P. Act.
