ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under:- O.P. is directed to pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- (Global) to the complainant with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 06.03.2003 till the dte of payment in full settlement under mediclaim policy towards the treatment undergone by the complainant's father B.R.Shetty. Such amount shall be paid within a period of two months from the date of receive of this order with cost of Rs.250/-. Send certifiesd copies of this judgement and order to O.p. by RPAD and to the complainant under COP.
