Sh. R.K. Garg, learned counsel for the applicant – decree holder, has moved an application for the release of       Rs. 43,92,578/- deposited by the opposite party No. 1 – judgment debtor, with this Commission in compliance of order dated 06.09.2018 passed by this Commission.

The cheque of Rs. 8,67,578/- submitted by the opposite party No. 1 with this Commission, has been cleared by the bank and the amount has been credited in the account of the Commission on 03.12.2018. 

Similarly, the demand draft of Rs. 35,25,000/- submitted by the opposite party No. 1 with this Commission, has been cleared by the bank and the amount has been credited in the account of the Commission on 14.12.2018.

Therefore, the amount of Rs. 43,92,578/- be released in favour of the applicant.  The cheque of the said amount shall be handed over to the applicant – decree holder on due identification.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
