Rajbala aged 48 years widow of Sh. Jai Kumar resident of village Sirsal, Tehsil, Pundri, District Kaithal.

1. The Oriental Insurance Company Limited, Pehowa Chowk, Kaithal, District Kaithal through its Branch Manager/Divisional Officers.
2. Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank, Sirsal, Tehsil Pundri, District Kaithal, through its Branch Manager.

                Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that due to some technical ground he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and wish to withdraw the same with permission to file a fresh complaint before this Hon’ble Commission.

        In view of the above statement present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is at liberty to seek the remedy in appropriate Court of law. Original documents if any placed on record by the complainant be returned and photocopy of the same be placed on record. Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.

                File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
