Dated the 23rd day of July, 2012 ORDER 1. Sh.Sanjeev Kumar Arora-Advocate has filed his power of attorney on behalf of OP No.1 and made the following statement, recorded separately:- “The OP No.1 has already deposited a sum of Rs.3,94,033/- with this Forum vide order dated 10.6.2011, in compliance of the orders passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. The OP No.1 has no objection if the said amount, alongwith interest accrued thereon, is released in favour of complainant. The OP No.1 deposited a sum of Rs.25,000/- before the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, at the time of filing of the appeal. The OP No.1 has no objection if the said amount is withdrawn by the complainant from the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T, Chandigarh” 2. Vide order dated 10.6.2011, a sum of Rs.3,94,033/- was deposited with this Forum in compliance of the order of the Hon’ble State Commission. In these circumstances, a sum of Rs.3,94,033/-, deposited by OP No.1 with this Forum, be released in favour of complainant, alongwith interest accrued thereon. 3. The complainant shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited with the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, in accordance with law. 4. Sh.Navdeep Singh Janjua-counsel for complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately:- “I have received a banker cheque bearing No.014553 dated 4.7.2012 amounting to Rs.3,78,961/- drawn in favour of complainant on Axis Bank Ltd. I have gone through the above statement made by counsel for OP No.1. After release a sum of Rs.3,94,033/- and after receiving the amount of Rs.25,000/-, the order dated 27.2.2012 passed by the Hon’ble National Commission and duly confirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, shall be completely complied with. So, the execution application be disposed of as fully satisfied” 5. Sh.Ajay Kumar Sharma-Dy.Manager HR & Legal of complainant is also present and signed the said statement. In view of this, the execution application stands disposed of as fully satisfied. 6. The parties shall be bound by the statement made before this Forum. 7. Certificate for recovery/warrants, if any, sent in this case be recalled. 8. Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
