ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is dismissed with a liberty to the complainant to file a civil suit before the competent jurisdictional civil court with further liberty to seek the condonation of delay for filing such civil suit regarding the period spent by her before this Forum to prosecute this complaint. Having regard to the facts of this case both sides parties shall bear their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D.
