ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed in part as against the 1st respondent only. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.81,000/- from the 1st respondent for the damages mental and physical agony that she has suffered together with the costs of this proceedings from the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.81,000/- to the complainat for the damages of the vehicle, mental and physical agony that the complainant has suffered together with costs of this proceedings, within two months from the date of the copy of the receipt of this judgement and apart from bearing its own costs of this proceedings. This complaint as against the 2nd respondent is dismissed without costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
