          An application has been filed on behalf of the legal heirs of deceased DH giving no objection, if the entire claim amount is given to their Mother/ Widow of the deceased, namely, Ms. Krishna Devi.

          Adv. S.K. Shukla submits that Meenu Verma (Daughter), Rakhna another daughter, and Sarnam Verma son of the deceased have signed the application exhibit-c in his presence.  He further submits that all the children are major and they have also singed Vakalatnama in his favor to appear in this case and make a statement.

          RA&OC

                   Both sides submit that Rs. 70,910/- is payable with 6% interest from dated 24.12.2010 till the date of payment. Let the payment be made to Ms. Krishna Devi.

          Ld. Counsel for the JD submits that JD will make the entire payment within 30 days of the order i.e. today.  Let the payment be made as Ordered by National Commission.

          File be consigned to record room.
