ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under: Opposite party is directed to pay an amount of Rs.677/- to the complainant with interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from 5.12.2001 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.300/-. The amount shall be paid within two months. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
