            The J.Dr. Branch Manager Sri. S. Rabi Sekhar present in the Commission along with his Advocate Sri. B.K.Purohit, who filed the V.nama. NO step has been taken by the D.Hr learned Advocate for J.Dr submitted that Rs. 6,01,000/- has already been paid to the D.Hr and for the interest part revision petition 14/2012 was preferred before the SCDRC, Cuttack. The interest amount of Rs. 2,16,237/- has already been paid on 14^th May 2015. As the Amount has already been paid by the J.dr. to the D.hr. I am not inclined to continue this execution case further and accordingly the case is closed.

Later  Smt. Basanti Luhar present personally before the commission and submitted that she has received Rs. 6,01,000/- and to-wards interest Rs. 2,16,237/-. The D.Hr does not want to continue the case further as fully satisfied. Hence the case is closed.
