Today complainant has not appeared alongwith its counsel, whereas learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia for the opposite parties has appeared.

A perusal of the order sheet has revealed that the opposite parties are appearing from previous dates, but the complainant is not appearing inspite of several calls at various dates.

Hence, in such circumstances and in the absence of the complainant company, the complaint case is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs.

                      File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.
