ORDER

order dated 16/12/2003 The respondent Insurance Company is hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs.59,540/- to the complainant with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of repudiation i.e. 29-8-2002 till the date of payment. The aforesaid amount shall be paid by the respondent company to the complainant within 2months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. sd/- M. Shambulingappa, president. sd/- A.S.
