Final Order / Judgement

During the course of arguments, Ld. Counsel for opposite parties submitted that the complainant has not submitted the proper documents to the opposite parties, so his case was closed for non-submitting of the documents. Counsel for the opposite parties submitted that if the complainant provides the necessary documents for decision of the claim of the complainant, then opposite party shall decide and settle the claim case of the complainant. Counsel for the complainant submitted that he is ready to provide necessary documents to the opposite parties.

Therefore, the present case is disposed of with the direction to Counsel for the complainant to supply necessary documents i.e. Copy of un-traced report Under Section 173Cr.PC, submitted by the complainant in this Forum, duplicate R.C. of the vehicle, copy of FIR as mentioned in letter dated 06.02.2015 Ex.O-3 issued by the opposite party, within seven days from today against proper receipt to be issued by the opposite parties. The Opposite Parties are directed to decide the claim case of the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of the documents from the complainant. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
