Today is fixed for hearing of the MA/80/2022.

The Ld. Advocate on both are heard for and against the application being No. 80/2022. The Ld. Advocate of the OP has filed the aforesaid application for expunction of the names of the OP 1 and 2 from the cause title of the petition of complaint on the ground that they are not necessary parties. But it is pointed out by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant that the presence of those Ops are required for proper ad-judication of this case.

He draws our attention to policy (running page no. 27) paper which was signed by the General Manager and grievance has been raised by the complainant against Oriental Insurance Company too.

Therefore, the General Manager of Oriental Insurance Company and the Insurance Company (OP 1 and 2) appear to be necessary party.

The MA being No. 80/2022 thus for no action and hence rejected.

19.09.2022 is fixed for filing evidence on affidavit by the complainant.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
