ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under. 1.O.P. is directed to pay an amount of Rs.41,969/- to the complainant with interest @9% p.a. from 06-11-2003 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.1,000/-.The amount shall be paid within a two months from the date of receipt of this order. Send certified copies of this judgment and order to O.P.by RPAD and to the complainant Under C.O.P.
