Opp. parties are present through  ld. counsels. Complainant was absent  without step.  The case   has been  fixed   for furnishing copies  of the evidence  of CW to the opp. parties  by the complainant . It is  found   that   complainant   was absent     without   step  on  27/6/22, 19/7/22, 30/8/22 &  22/9/22.  We are  of the view that    complainant   is not  interested  to proceed   with the case   and  hence  the case is  dismissed   for default.
