ORDER

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to pay a sum of Rs.2,08,496/- being the amount not released by the opposite party together with interest at 18% p.a. from the date of the claim and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for various deficiencies of services, mental agony and sufferings with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of both complainant and opposite party not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version.  Both complainant and opposite party and their respective Counsels absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
