Opp is represented through his lawyer. Complainant is absent. Despite several directions given by this commission to comply the order dated – 26/04/23 complainant miserabley failed. No any reply to the application filed by the opp on 26/04/23 has been filed to displace the contention of opp regarding payment of claim amount to the complainant. Last chance was given to the complainant on 16/07/24 to comply the order dated 26/04/23 which is not done today, it shows that complainant has got no interest in this case and no regard for the order of this commission.

              Hence this case is dismissed in non-compliance of order dated 26/04/23 and due to non- appearance of the complainant also.
