Heard Shri. Gaurang Nallawala, Advocate for the Decree Holder and Smt. Anita Dalal, Advocate for the Opposite Party. Perused the documents. Opposite Party has deposited Rs.6,07,692/- before the State Commission. The Opposite Party as per the execution petition is required to pay Rs.6,26,600/-. It also appears that the Opposite Party has also deposited Rs.25,000/- at the time of filing appeal before the Hon’ble State Commission. Thus, the total amount deposited by the Opposite Party being the more than the amount claimed in the execution petition. The execution petition is disposed off as fully satisfied.
