Final Order / Judgement
Sh. P. K. Singla, Advocate counsel for OP has suffered a statement that the complainants have compromised the matter with the opposite party. As per the compromise the OP will pay Rs. 2 lac ( Two lac ) towards the full and final settlement of the claim of complainants within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
Sh. P. S. Beniwal, Advocate counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement suffered by Sh. P. K. Singla, Advocate counsel for OP and the case may kindly be disposed of as per statement. 1/3 amount of Rs. 2 lac be paid to complainant Sunita Devi wife of Navav Singh and 2/3 amount of Rs. 2 lac be paid to Mrs. Reeta Kumari wife of Sandeep Singh and Pyush minor son of Reeta Kumari in equal share. As per statement suffered by counsel for OP he withdraws the present complaint being compromised.
In view of the statement suffered by counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The opposite party is directed to pay the claim amount of Rs. 2 lac to all the complainants strictly as per statement suffered  by the counsel for the complainant within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. The parties will be bound by their statements. File be indexed and consigned to record.
