           Complainant present. On perusing the contents of the documents filed it becomes clear that the deceased person N.M. Puttaraj became the member of PMSBY by paying Rs.12/- per year as premium to be deducted from his bank account i.e., Oriental bank of commerces situated at Tumkur. N.M. Purttaraju died in Tumkur and according to police charge sheet he was murdered, under the policy of PMSBY (2016-17) legal representative of the person who was murdered is also entitled to get the compensation of Rs.2,00,000/-. Since no cause of action has taken place within the jurisdiction of this Forum, this petition is ordered to be returned to complainant to be presented before the District consumer Forum at Tumkur. Office is directed to return the complaint to the complainant by following the provision of Civil Procedure Code.
