The Complainant is absent without step. The Case is taken up for Show Cause None turn up on behalf of the Complainant on repeated calls.

It appears from the record that on 19.05.2022 the complt. remained absent without steps. So, the complt. was directed to show cause as to why the case will not be dismissed for non prosecution and today has been fixed for filing show cause. But the complt. neither appeared nor filed show cause as directed. From the conduct of the complainant it appears us that the complt. is not willing to proceed further with this case. As such the case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

That the complaint case no CC/20/2019 be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution without cost.

The case is thus disposed of.
