            This complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protect Act, 1986 was filed by the complainant against the opposite parties to directing the 1^st opposite party to pay the total maturity claim 20 bonds amount of rs.2,00,000/- to the legal heirs of late Saikam Ankayya and award subsequent interest at 24% p.a. on the total maturity amount and direct the opposite parties 1 and 2 to pay the death claim and death insurance amount as per the rules termed in the bond itself and to pay damages for mental agony inconvenience and for deficiency of services provided to the complainant at Rs.10,00,000/- and award costs and expenses in this petition of Rs.10,000/- and grant such other reliefs.

2.         No representation for complainants.  Complainants are called absent. Complaint is dismissed.
