On 03.06.2024 Ld. Advocate for the complainant submitted a petition stating that summons were sent to the OP Nos. 1 & 2 several times but no fruitful result has been achieved regarding the receipt of summons and prays for passing an order for serving the summons upon the OP Nos. 1 & 2 through paper publication.

Perused the complaint and M.A. case.

Having Considered  all the aspects of the M.A. case, the same  being No. 51/2024 is hereby allowed.

Complainant is directed to submit a Draft Copy, which will be published in the Local Daily Circulated Newspaper.
