                        Case taken up at 3.40 P.M. and called repeatedly but this time also complainant has not put in appearance. Perusal of file reveals that the case is fixed for evidence of complainant but non-appearance of complainant shows that he is not interested in  pursuing the complaint further. As such, finding no justification in adjourning the case further, the same is hereby dismissed in default for non-appearance of complainant. Copies of this order be sent to party concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
