Order No.20, Dt.19-01-2024.

The Complainant is present in person and files a petition alongwith a self attested Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card Vide No.3184 6246 3552 to withdraw the A/C Payee cheque bearing No.461992 dated 09.01.2024 for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) only drawn on the Kotak Mahindra Bank, Cooch Behar Branch  in favour of the Complainant, Sukumar Saha. This is the full and final payment made by the O.P in favour of the Complainant.

The Complainant is examined and the identity of Sri Sukumar Saha is verified with his self attested Aadhaar Card identified by his Ld. Advocate, Sri Soumik Sanyal.

Heard petition and allowed. 

The Complainant Sri Sukumar Saha be permitted to withdraw the said A/C Payee cheque bearing No.461992 dated 09.01.2024 for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) only with proper receipt and identification. A Xerox copy of the A/C Payee cheque be kept with this record.

On the basis of compromise petition filed by both the parties and identified by their Ld. Advocates, the case is disposed of.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

               That the complaint Case No. CC/60/2022 be and the same is disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
