Respective parties are present. Petitioner file a petition that she has received the total claim amount and pray for withdrawl of the case. The District Manager,OAIC,Kandhamal vide his letter no.35 dated 09.05.2022 has intimated the commission that a sum by repees 2796858 (Rupees twenty seven lakhs ninety six thousand eight hundred fifty eight) has been released in favour of the petitioner vide cheque no 755070 dated 09.05.2022 which has been duly received by Mrs. Nirupama sahu. The complainant admits to have received the said cheque towards full and final settlement. Ld counsel for the petitioner in absent and the petitioner files her Aadhar card copy in support of her identify and the learned counsel for hte O.p that The Odisha Agro Industry Corporation states to have learn her. Since the petitioner has expressed her illegense to close the case to view by the facts stated above her prayer is allowed and the case is accordingly closed.
