Vide separate order of the even date, the application dated 27.3.2023 moved by the complainant has been decided with the directions and operative Para of the order dated 8.6.2023 on the application is as follows:-

“In view of above submissions the present complaint is disposed of with the direction that the complainant will fulfill the following formalities within 15 days from today

a.       To execute discharge voucher for the payment to be paid by the opposite party

                   b.       To execute standard format of letter of subrogation

c.       To submit detail of bank account that is pass book and cancelled cheque

d.       Adhar Card and PAN Card

e.       To pay a sum of Rs.9675/- by way of Bank draft in favour of Opposite Party in order to reinstate the policy which is mandatory as per terms and conditions of the file policy.

On fulfilling the requisite formalities as detailed above by the complainant, the opposite party is directed to make the payment of Rs. 88,46,630/- to the complainant within further one month. In view of above, the present application is disposed of. It be tagged with the main file.”

In view of ibid order, the present complaint is disposed of. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
