It appears from the record that the O.P on 25/03/2011 has filed the cheque in favour of the Complainant bearing No.801569 dated 04/03/2011 of Rs.14,350/-.

The Complainant is present.

On behalf of the Complainant, the Ld. Agent has filed verified petition praying to withdraw the cheque has been filed by the O.P on 25/03/2011.

Heard the Ld. Agent of the Complainant and allowed to withdraw the cheque.

The cheque bearing No.801569 dated 04/03/2011 of Rs.14,350/- has return to the Complainant after proper receipt.

The Ld. Agent of the Complainant also prayed for withdraw of the case.

Hence, the case be and the same is disposed of for non-prosecution.
