                    File put up before Natinal Lok Adalat on an application moved by complainant for compromise. Statement of both the parties recorded separately. Keeping, in view the statement of counsels for complainant and counsel for OP in which the OP undertook to pay Rs. 60000/- to the complainant within 45 days. In case the OP failed to pay the said amount, the complainant shall be entitled to recover this amount alongwith interest @6% p.a. and complainant shall also entitled for compensation to the sum of Rs. 10000/-. Keeping, in view the statement of counsel for both the parties, present complaint stands disposed of being compromised. File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
