Copy of the last order has been sent as per Registry on 12.10.2009. None is present for the complainants even today. In the presence of the counsel for the complainant on 7.8.09, the Commission had restored the complaint, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 17.10.03 and on 4.10.04, again it was dismissed in default.  Vide order dated 7.8.09, cost of Rs.1000/-  in each case was to be deposited with Consumer Legal Aid Account. Even there is no proof of deposition of the cost filed.

We do not see any reason to continue this litigation as complainants seem disinterested in pursuing their complaints. Accordingly, the complaints are dismissed for non-prosecution.
