Complaint under Section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (now amended as Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019)

Present:        Shri Mahmood Khan, Complainant in person.

                     Today the case is fixed for amicable settlement. At this stage, Complainant by making a separate statement stated that the matter in question has been compromised between the parties, hence, he does not want to pursue with the present Complaint and therefore, he withdraws the same being fully satisfied.      

                     Heard. Since the dispute in question involved in the present complaint has been settled between the parties by way of mutual compromise in view of the statement of the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
