2.         The New India Assurance Company Limited, Branch Office : 353301, SCO 15, Sector 30-D, Chandigarh.

Present:          Sh.Simranjeet Singh, Advocate for Complainant.

                                                            ORDER

 

                        The matter has been settled between the parties. The learned counsel for complainant has received cheque of Rs.3500/- dated 5.5.2010 in the name of complainant from counsel for OPs, towards full and final settlement and hence he withdraws the present complaint as fully satisfied. His statement to that effect has been recorded separately. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Certified copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
