Today, Sh.Hardeep Singh Setia, Advocate counsel for the  complainant appeared before this District Commission and made the following statement.

“Stated that due to some technical defect/ ambiguity in the present complaint, I withdraw the present complaint with permission to file the fresh complaint after removing its ambiguity on the same cause of action.”

In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Hardeep Singh Setia, Advocate counsel for the complainant recorded today separately before this District Commission, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Complainant is given liberty to file the fresh complaint on same cause of action after removing the alleged defect/ ambiguity, if he so desires. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter the file be consigned to record room after compliance.
