Order Below Exh. 01 In C.C.No. 156/2011

The Complainant and his advocate are absent since long.  The matter has been pending for the taking of the steps by the complainant since 26/09/2011.  The complainant has not taken any step for procuring  the appearance of the opponent  before us.    It appears that, complainant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.  As such, we had passed an order against complainant on last date on 30/08/2013 that, he shall take steps; else matter would be dismissed in default. Today also, neither complainant nor his advocate is present.  No step taken by the complainant.  The matter is therefore, liable to be dismissed in default vide Section 13 (2) (C) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Hence we pass the following order.

O R D E R

1. The complaint is dismissed in default vide Section 13 (2) (C) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
  
2. Inform the parties accordingly.
