Heard both parties on ex.9, that  the application for dismissed of complaint with cost,which is filed by na no 1 and 2.order passed on ex 9.the complaint has filed second complaint case on same  case of action for which the earlier complaint case is bearing no 278/18,which has been decided in former of complaint on 7/5/2018 the present complaint is filed on 19/5/2018,hence the present complaint is dismissed with cost of 5000 rs to be paid to the op no.2 and op no.2 shall entitled to recover it by filing execution  proceeding .hence the case is disposed off.
